    What's a tough rebuild project?

Not sure if I'm alone in this, but I had to itch to play NCAA 14 again after watching all of the games today. I decided to start a few dynasties with one or two of my favorite teams and a another few with some other schools that might be fun to do a dynasty with (such as Oregon).
However, I also want to do one or two rebuilding dynasties. So, what are some schools that would be difficult to rebuild? Doesn't matter what conference they are in or how good or bad their uniforms/stadiums are, though I guess the school gets bonus points if they do have a good uniform and/or stadium.

    Thanks!

I always like to do one with UNLV. The uni's are nice, they play in an interesting city/market and they have no football tradition at all.

I always like it when the team I'm trying te rebuild plays in a decent sized stadium (25.000/30.000+) and/or would at least look somewhat realistic when they are ranked no.1. It always feels weird to me when a program like Wyoming is a top ranked school.

Other teams that I would try if I were you: New Mexico, UConn, UMass, Tulane and SMU

I like Kentucky as a good starter...good conference, nice recruiting pipelines and & potential to compete for bowl games.

Also, can I suggest a few things to get you started fresh.. (excuse the length)
check out my new stadium sounds thread. Its 191 new sounds for ALL 5 power conference teams, if you're into that stuff. But it adds a really dope layer of realism.

      here's some examples:

This blog post I did should help you out if you're playing with 2015 rosters. Most of them still apply no matter what year roster you're using.

6x Super Bowl Champion Patriots |Red Sox | Celtics | Bruins |Boston College | USC | NASCAR Young Guns

Re: What's a tough rebuild project?

Thank you for the replies, everyone! I'll make sure to check out each team and see which teams I like. Also, thanks for that blog, sportsguru, I'll make sure to read it.

I do kind of like the idea of using a team like Kentucky or Vanderbilt (those were actually two ideas I had myself) or another crappy team in a great conference, but I was worried it might be too easy since I do play in a great conference and I'll be able to get good recruits. However, I guess it would still be difficult since I would have to play great opponents almost every week. I'll have to think about it more.

I always like using UTSA, as they're still a new team with a pretty poor roster, plus they play in the Alamo Dome which is nice to fill. And it's fun to fill their record book with your achievements, since their record book is only based off the past season or so.

He's looking for a challenge and no team in Texas, Florida, or California is a challenge.

Southern Miss, SMU (pretty easy to rebuild)
                  Purdue, Illinois
                  Wake Forest, Boston College
                  Tulane
                  Iowa St.
                  SDSU
                  WSU
Tennesee(which isnt that much of a rebuild)

Those are some teams that id go with when it comes to actually rebuilding making them great AGAIN and not just great for the first time lol.

Indiana is pretty tough. They have Florida and Ohio as pipeline states, but still provide a challenge.

Air Force. My win PCT in dynasties is over 67% but in my first season with Air Force I went 2-10. Even for the next few seasons I barely made bowl games. Plus you get to run the triple option and your non conference games are rivalries (Army Navy)

Texas has more than enough great recruits to support every Texas school and then some.
