Customizing music soundtrack

I am very excited about the whole team relocation/re branding feature in this upcoming game. I already have several ideas as to how im going to be using this feature once the game is out. The one thing that I know for sure will be missing (at least on the Ps4)and its going to turn out to be a big disappointment is the ability to customize your arena music. We will be limited to the original soundtrack. And I know for sure I speak for the majority when I say that the songs that keep on playing over and over get very old real quick no matter how much we like the song. Is like listening to 1 CD the whole year. I wish somehow someway we can customize our own music so we can give our team and our game in general some music variety. If not this year please make this happen for 2k17

I don't have next-gen but if the PS4/Xbox1 have music apps you can buy music from I'd like the feature. You'd still have to buy the music, but it's a solution. With the bought music it shouldn't be limited to the arena music either, you should be able to customize it to the actual soundtrack

One of the benefits of playing on PC is you can silence the game in the menus then play your own music in another tab.

PS4 has a Spotify app which I use and can play music through the background.

This works perfectly for me. Also if you have a USB stick with Music on it you can use the Media center App on PS4 aswell.

Thx, i already have spotify on my phone ill definitely try it. With the media center app do you know if you can import songs to the actual game so you can customize your intro music and other arena music like during time outs or haltime?

You can fully add your own music to 2k15 on PC..I have already done it.

What I do when the game soundtrack starts to bug me is mute the TV, open up my iTunes and put headphones on. Works well enough for me.

Ummm yea that's because they couldn't get in the game because that program came out too late in the development cycle.

I don't think we will get custom music on PS4 or Xbox One until Microsoft and Sony allow us to save music to the hard drive again like we could last gen. I definitely had hoped the feature would be added by now. I hate the fact that we are 3 games into this gen and I still cannot add custom arena music. Its more of a Sony and Microsoft issue than 2k's.

Ummm yea that's because they couldn't get in the game because that program came out too late in the development cycle.

I'm 95% they just took it out this year after having it in there the first year on the PS4. I can still do it on the PS3 version. If you can prove me wrong, I never owned the PS4 version but I remember it ruffling a lot of feathers earlier this year that they took it out.

Yea in the show u was able to customize your own walkup music and while u was taking bp u could hear the music up uploaded to the game in the stadium speakers. Thats wat i want for 2k but i guess we wont see it unless xbox and sony let us

yea in the ps3 versions, stadium intro, my player or teamamtes make shots a little snippet of music was played... as a beat maker i would specifically make beats for each player tonhave when they made their shots, thats how important custom soundtracks were... CMON PS4!!!
