Franchise mode (Stuck on Loading Screen)

I cant load my offline franchise. It keeps getting stuck on the load screen. Is anyone else having these issues and if so what did you do to fix this problem. I have a ps4. Thanks

Ive had this issue when exiting a game and trying to get back to the franchise home page. Have to quit it and reload

This happens in both my online and offline franchise. When I exit a game I get the spinning football background and no menu. For online I just have to quit madden and reload. Offline I have no idea. Every time I try to reload it just gives me the spinning football background. I'm on Xbox One.

this happened last year, I believe the fix was you had to sim game prep and then it would load correctly

Pretty sure this works. Went back in to a previous save, did game prep first, went into my game and super simmed to finish, then exited and it went to the main menu like usual. Thank you.

I was thinking it was a bug that only affects people with "dawg" in their user name, based on this thread...
