    AlTito's NHL 16 Sliders

    Hi everyone!

    Here are the sliders I use right now in NHL 16. I will be doing minor tweaks while I continue playing and I will try to keep this post as updated as possible.

    According to your skill level, you can play on All-Star or Superstar difficulties. If it becomes too easy, you may also increase CPU Difficulty Adjustment by a few clicks. And don't be afraid to adjust things to your liking or needs, these sliders are only there as a base. Have fun!

    WARNING: Be careful as some of the changes to the sliders don't save correctly (game speed, fatigue recovery, all shot accuracies, among others). After entering them, get out to the main menu and then come back to see if everything was saved correctly. If not, just change the incorrect values and it should be ok after you exit again.

      I am actually enjoying the game on default settings on hardcore, only exception with every EA game is maxed out penalties. I am a casual fan, so that maybe helps with no slideritis.

          Setting my gamespeed to 2 as you suggested makes my PS4 game choppy and close to unplayable...

              Man is the time scaling messed up? 8 min quarters felt like 18-20 still.

                I've maxed out penalties, CPU teamate penalties and aggressiveness and still only seeing 1 or 2 penalties a game. Still in preseason though, wonder if that makes a difference?

                  With Game Speed at 2 and Player Acceleration at 3, everything is fine, at least for me. What you are referring is happening to me with Game Speed at 1. Be sure to read the WARNING note in the first post. Some sliders don't save correctly and Game Speed is one of them. If you set it at 2, the game will often save it as 1 instead. So, be sure to go back in the sliders section, re-check them, adjust if needed and then save again. After that, it should work correctly.

                    It's definitely different this year.. seems much longer. Someone over at EA forums said the clock was real time this year, I guess before it wasn't really real time?

                    Might have to go 6-7 minutes.

                            Yep Mizz, i'm currently at 8 mins and the games seem longer this year. Going to try 7 mins....due to quite high cpu SOG. I used 10 min for 15 with good results, but 10 is a no go for me this year. I sure do believe the time clock has been changed for 16.

                              AlTito, had a question for you. Ive been reading the "Attribute Effects" slider is most true to attributes at 3. I was thinking about trying this, but stillusing the rest of your slider set. Would you suggest anything such as Goalie sliders would potentially need to be also adjusted if I set that slider to 3?

                              Just figured you have alot of test games in, and wasnt sure if maybe you had some insight on this.
