i like how you acquire them but i just wish they had a list on the game that told you your progress on the way to getting the badges like if posterizer is 20 contract dunks they would update the list whenever you get a contact dunk so you can see how close you are to it and stuff and all the other badges to

I see how some of the badges are tied into the connection part on mycareer. I wonder if those will on be the expressive badges or all of them

I saw a new badge called "Relentless Finisher". I have no idea what it does but it activated on every drive, even when the player was blocked or fouled.

Seems like someone with that badge is more bound to finish contested layups/dunks

Relentless finisher? My guess negates the detrimental effect of being blocked by an eraser. Prevents you from getting cold if you miss a layup or dunk? Hoping its not the same as finisher from 2k14 it turned 2v2's into a badge war finisher vs active hands lol.

I believe you're thinking of pre-2k15. The eraser badge was changed last year. It negated certain offensive badges of opposing players near the basket I think. It was pretty minimal before 2k15. It just gave your teammates some stamina and maybe (?) made the guy who got blocked cold for like 30 seconds? Something to that effect.


The relentless finisher sounds, to me, like a badge that would increase a players chance of making a dunk or layup after being fouled.

If deadeye is as hard as it was to get last year and there is no 1 min glitch or anything, it's gonna be great because the so called "cheesers" won't be able to cheese without a demigod with every badge

I also noticed offensive and defensive crasher whenever someone got a rebound, I guess those two badges are replacing tenacious rebounder this year maybe even hustle points.

100 well contested buckets in a season doesn't make sense.. if you in fact are trying to get open to shoot...

Now that floppy plays have been fixed, defense has been improved and the green light system has changed. I want to see the return of the catch and shoot badge. That's pretty signature for guys like Korver.

I would also like to see the return of the finisher badge as guys like "historic" Wade should be able to finish through contact.

I wish for MyCareer that in order to get a badge your difficulty should be on All-star at least (maybe Pro if gameplay changes are as described). I was able to get Limitless Range by putting it on Rookie and got it in 5 games. It shouldn't be that easy to get a badge like that.

I hope Brick Wall is only obtainable for Bigs. It was unrealistic seeing PG and SG setting screens and Bigs flailing everywhere.

I hope the definition of deadeye is different, heavily contested catch and shoot should qualify towards the progression. I got deadeye last year in 15 games, but I had to take 60-80 bad shots in those games trying to trigger a specific animation.

Question: Did they separate pick pocket and active hands?
I hope they did.
