I created a spreadsheet that will hopefully make it easier to set up your career mode with the real teams and groups for both the Champions League and Europa League for your career mode.

There are 5 teams in the Champions League (FC Astana, BATE Borisov, Dinamo Zagreb, Dynamo Kiev and Maccabi Tel-Aviv) that are NOT IN FIFA 16 this year, so you will have to swap them out for a different team.
There are 11 teams in the Europa League (Qabala, Viktoria Plzen, Dinamo Minsk, Slovan Liberec, Dnipro Dniproetrovsk, Skenderbeu, Qarabag, APOEL, Sparta Praha, Asteras Tripolls and Partizan) that are NOT IN FIFA 16 this year, so you will have to swap them out for a different team.
I don't know world soccer all that well, so if anyone has recommendations on teams to replace the teams that are not in the game that would be great. If people post those I can update the spreadsheet with the new team names.
