Seriously, can we give it up for this surprise addition?

It's as real as it gets and NOTHING comes easy. That ball is LIVE.

Usually I hate picking teams I am fans of in real life, like Memphis, because they will just get nowhere on offense, but I've been able to pick them each time in this mode..and play EXACTLY like they do, and win exactly how they can. You can FEEL their defense and intimidation factor, with a little mix of inside finesse and Conley floaters (yes that other wonderful addition they've added so well this year).

Cheesing gets you absolutely no where in this intensely difficult setting. My only two losses are from test runs with that (alley oops are all I've found semi OP). I just hope they don't change it after the mass complaints they will get from the kids.


I haven't wanted to play so realistic like this in a long time! WOOO!

Only thing I don't like is that you can't see your opponents jerseys before the match starts. They need to make it so you choose your jersey after you get into a match with your opponent.

They should just force people that are home teams to select
a home jersey and away teams to select an away jersey.

Play Now Online has been excellent....all smooth on my side other than the occasional hiccup....I've had some great games so far...some real defensive struggles

I just hope 2k keeps the settings how they currently are...

The jersey selection is idiotic and infuriating because otherwise the game is great. Every game ends up as white jersey vs white or dark jersey vs dark.

I've heard play now is Superstar/Sim. So what are the other online modes on, difficulty wise?

Only thing I did like is the fact we can't see the opponents team. I use the Bucks a lot but I wouldn't want to play Bucks vs Cavs or Warriors.

I also made 3 people quit today and have yet to receive a win or vc from it.

I could be wrong but I think it'll be a stretch for them to patch the jersey selection issue.. Looks like they spent a lot of time on that pick your team menu.

Could always throw it on the countdown screen?

Not sure what goes through these guys minds when they test run the game.

This thread makes me want to buy the game sooner than I was originally going to! Smoothing out the online is crucial for yours truly.
