Not getting MT points back from Auctions (OUTBID)

I just bidded on Terrence Ross and I lost the bid. I tried to get my money back and the player just disappeared from the Auctions Outcomes without increasing my MT points. I am thinking about sending a email to 2K Sports.

That happened to me too, but it updated back into my account hours later when I was playing again.

go out of MyTeam and get back in. Problem solved

Same here! Was panicking thinking 5k had disappeared but logged on this morning and it had returned.

Why do we have to do that though. Im constantly scared Im gonna lose points or something. Hopefully this gets patched soon.
