yes, contracts are per game

Contract cost for 5 games are
Bronze 40 MT/ 5 games
Silver 100MT/5 games
Gold 240MT/ 5 games
for each player

Except for friendlies, no contracts are being used there.

Playing games or winning challenges. Everything you do in MyTeam mode (domination, Road to the Playoffs, challenges) earn you MT that can be used to buy players, packs, or contracts. Everything you do outside MyTeam (Play now, GM mode, MyLeague, or online games) earn you VC whose only application in MyTeam is to buy packs.

The important thing to realize is that you can only buy contracts for a player directly after you have no contracts in your collection. Send all those to the auction house and try to sell them, because buying contracts directly for the player is cheaper.

There's a diamond contract in the black market that's unlimited but it costs 25k MT

So my team of 12 bronzes and 1 silver effectively costs me 116 MT points per game, yes? Bronzes average out to 8 MT/game, silvers 20MT/game, and Golds 48MT/game. So that implies my 12 bronzes cost a total of 96 (12x8) per game and my one silver costs 20, or a total of 116 MT per game. Right?

If that math is right, then even I, with my terrible stick skills, can make a profit on every MT game.
