    Putting in work in MyCareer

How much are you playing MyCareer to raise your overall? Is this even possible? I noticed a 99 last night in MyPark. I can't imagine someone has played that many MyCareer games to get to a 99 overall already.

He likely played on Rookie with the lowest minutes and did nothing but live practices.

He most likely hasn't seen daylight in a while.

I myself had a healthy 65K VC to start out with, upgraded to a 78 out of the gates, but from now on I won't buy VC for upgrades, I prefer to work for it.

I think the least minutes you can play on is like 5 minutes plus he probably played on rookie then did nothing but live practices. Unless there's another "Stimulus Package" glitch that's been released, that's the only way he could've done it.

I got to 99 in 2K15, but that took awhile. That was playing on 6 minute 1/4ers with game speed at 90. Last year it took 7 games before giving you an attribute. The skill level didn't matter, just as long as you took the time.

I haven't gotten too far into MyCareer this year, so I'm not sure how the Live Practices give out attributes.

I thought max cap was 88? sure it isn't a glitch?

88 is the max attributes you can obtain without actually playing your MyCareer. The more games you play and drills/ practices you complete in MyCareer, the more attributes you can earn and put towards your MyPlayers overall.

I don't want to go as far as saying there's a glitch causing this, but can anyone see a work around? I have a theory, but again I haven't played my MyCareer to test it. Just curious what others thought.

In MyCareer, you can get temporary boosts but there are still caps.

My suspicion is an 99 ovr us a hack/cheat but I don't know enough to say for sure. On the PC there are 2 known exploits used that cheats the way to 99 ovr. So if it starts appearing on console I would not be surprised.

                    lmao
                    1. you buy 200.000 VC - 88 ovr
                    2. you just foul out of every game. get it? the loading screen will take more time than the game.
                    3. you only play live practices and skip them asap. you don t need to play the training games.

it took me about 6 hours.

99 is no glitch is possible just takes a lot of work and using upgrades in the right places that guy probably doesn't have many badges though

But I've worked my but off to get to a 89 overall .

In 2K15 if you simmed through any games you lost that chain of 7 and the game counter for attributes started back at one. So let's say you were on you 6th game in a row, naturally after the next game you would get another attribute. But if you simmed you didn't get the attribute after your next played game.

From what you're saying, you can Sim the first game, play the 2nd, and that doesn't disrupt that chain. Correct? What is the game counter this year for attributes?

you only get badges through playing. you gain attributes in the off days, but if you sim a non-back-to-back you loose your off-days
