NBA 2K16 Mycareer Attribute Cap Glitch

So I made a balanced 6'8 small forward. After looking my attributes after my first game of my second season I noticed my attribute caps have changed. My 3 pt was capped at like a , speed at 71, and dunk at like 81. I know the caps were not like this when I started. Is this normal? What should I do? A response would be greatly appreciated

Is it possible in this years game to add boost to an attribute if it has been upgraded to the Max of Level 20?

In NBA2k15, it was pointlesss to upgrade to level 20 because it only added +2 to certain categories but you could not add boost. But if you just added boost at level 19 it adds +5 to all categories. I am just trying to make sure before I make an upgrade to level 20 Max.

I'm wondering about the boost to a level 20 attribute as well. I can't find an answer for that question anywhere.

U can boost even on level 20 this year so max out those blocks!
