    Importing Roster to Franchise

Reeeeeallly struggling figuring this out and would gladly take any help.

Maybe I'm an idiot and I'm missing something super simple, but everytime I try loading up a new franchise with the current roster updates, I'm given a different base roster. I'm a Raiders fan so when I go to play now they're an 83 but when I start my franchise they're an 80, are you seriously telling me there is no way to load that current roster into a new franchise? I can only play current roster sets in play now? what am I missing here? I'm a madden vet but stepped away for a couple seasons. I know they've turned their focus to MUT, but has franchise really been pushed to the wayside that badly that we can't even have proper rosters?

Any help would be gladly appreciated, thanks

EDIT: I know this is because of schemes now. but what is the easiest way to switch the schemes to their correct settings?

There is no difference. The overall will change weekly in cfm due to player ratings changes from confidence. Don't get hung up on matching play now vs cfm. Rosters are same. Ratings are same. Overall changes frequently.

It matters for cpu depth charts if you want realism.

I set up a "franchise" roster and edit them so depth charts are accurate. It takes some time but worth it as far I'm concerned.
