1. Mics preferred but not mandatory
2. Any issues report to admins. (Twitch and recorded clips allowed to resolve problems)
3. Trash talk allowed (no vulgarity keep it clean)
4. NO Flash pausing (out of frustration)
5. Do all OFF\DEF settings before game or during timeouts
6. NO QUITTING

OFFENSE
1. Run a balanced offense (using playbooks not mandatory)
2. No more than 60 points in the paint
3. Keep it BASKETBALL, Keep it CLEAN

DEFENSE
1. You MUST play ONBALL Defense in Zone (Dont make Zone your primary Defense)
2. Dont run Full Court Press (the whole game)
3. Keep it BASKETBALL, Keep it CLEAN

Trades
1.All trades will be presented to the League before approval (This is Competition)
