I couldn't make it past year 3 of my GM mode. Player morale and the constant injuries really made it so I was switching lines more than anything else. The morale is a good idea, but I believe is implemented wrong. Maybe have morale changes after the end of a week or two weeks? EA tried to emulate player feelings and if anything them made them just as robotic. They need to take into account specific player roles when it comes to morale. For instance an injury call-up should have the expectation of being sent down once they player they are replacing is healed.

I might lower the injury slider, Injuries happen so I'm hesitant to turn it off, but in some saves I swear someone gets injured literally after simmed every game.
I agree that morale system needs to be tweaked a little.
A NHL veteran does not care that the Goalie who was only called up because of injury was sent back down. -

Yeah, I had a bit of a problem with injuries in Year 2 last night. Had 2 forwards playing D on my bottom pairing in the playoffs Lol.
For some reason, the primitive Be A GM guidelines wouldn't let me call up a play from the AHL; stating I was over the salary cap when I really had like $5M.
