Was wondering if there's a way you can transfer your C.A.P's to an updated roster like the good ole days???

Nope, I don't believe so. When was that an option? I don't remember it.

back in the day you first loaded your old rosters and then when you updated all the C.A.P's were in the F.A pool.

I believe you can by "merging" the rosters. Merge your roster with all your CAPs with whatever ea roster you want to you, and your CAPs will be available. You will have to reassign them to teams again.

Yes. Today released a roster update. In the "active roster" have the opportunity to combine the update with the existing roster and therefore all are saved by the players have to be updated.

Does this actually work? Cause I have been getting Error and getting kicked off the game every time I try

This needs to be fixed. You can merge rosters but when you try to add your existing created player to the new roster the game crashes. This is a huge addition and it needs to be fixed ASAP

Yeah the crash happens on PS4 and Xbox One

when you try to move a created player to a team it just crashes

Does this mean I should wait until the first roster update after the NHL season starts before starting to create/edit all the players I want in my franchise? That way the base roster will include many of the NHL rookies.

Yes. Me too. Would have been nice to get a jump on create a players but the merge roster function is broken and I've yet to see any acknowledgement from EA that they are aware of it and fixing it

I'm not sure what you guys are doing to get a crash. I just started a co-op Franchise with my son. He wanted us to be on the Flames so we made our guys. Then you need to go back into created players and click on your guy sand assign him to a team, then save your roster. Then start your franchise with that roster and the guys are there. No crashes, playing games with me as the #1 C and my son as my LW.
