Can't change my formations in MyTeam

Can't for the life of me find out how I can change my formation in PES 16. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Do you mean MyClub?
In MyClub I think you need to hire a new manager in order to change the formation. I think different managers like different formations. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
