Does 2k even watch certain teams?

Taking the Celtics as an example, i dont get how Tyler Zeller is the 4th highest player. He has been taken out of the rotations by Brad Stevens already, he was pretty decent last season but 4th highest?

Jae Crowder is #1 in the NBA in steals per game and total steals, his steal rating is a 69?!

Another example, how are Jeff Teague passing ratings higher than Rajon rondos?

They talked up their aim to constantly update ratings, plays etc throughout the year but sadly that delay between what happens in real life and it being reflected in 2K still seems to be there.

They also need to stop hard coding that the likes of Klay Thompson constantly take the toughest point, two guard or small forward in a game.

Jeff Teague is a friggin blur in this game. Combine that with the half and full court lob and it's disastrous.

I've been a fan of his since he was on Dallas. He's all heart and hustle. He reminds me of the Knicks teams I watched in the 90s. I feel you on the ratings too. Langston Galloway is leading the league in 3% (2nd place now? ),but he only has an 80. Melo's rating was quick to drop too.

There's not a year it could ever be that Jeff Teague will be a better passer than Rajon Rondo.. Doesn't matter if it's 2015 or 2025.

Theres a lot of players that deserve a change in their ratings that 2k havent touch yet

Not just ratings, but having players skin tones all off makes you wonder how much they watch. It's inexcusable tho because there is plenty of video and images online they could use to get things accurate.

Same goes for body types. So many guys in real life have bird legs. Like, skinny skinny legs (Giannis and Henson on the Bucks for example). But in game most guys are too thick (not just legs, but body as well). One of these years they'll hopefully capture the lankiiness of NBA players.

How often 2K updates players tendencies and teams playbooks will determine how much they really pay attention to the nba teams.
