yeah, let's face it only good TBT players in 6 weeks game are Melo and Howards, but they are so RARE, you could built a starting lineup of 5 amethysts (Curry/Harden/LBJ/KD/AD) before you are able to buy a TBT melo of 500k.

It simply underlines again how much trash 2K16s MyTeam Mode is.
Probably the game is playable at the end of April when some cards are finally released.

This mode so stale now, each week the same trash players no one want to use. Not even sure why most these players even getting cards.

Are you kidding me 2k? They make the ****ty releases even ****tier. They have Kirilenko listed as a PF when he played 72% of the season as a SF. He was one of the most versatile perimeter defenders we've seen and he gets 1 badge? Who makes these cards? I feel like it shouldn't be hard to get right, but sure enough 2k proves me wrong.

It wouldn't be so bad if they released the mediocre cards with better cards, considering they do it weekly. There are tons of incredible seasons players played to make cards from, and you could even reuse the ones you made last year. This isn't rocket science

Who's in charge of this mode? Are they even interested in the NBA? One thing they should love to do is make these players as accurate as possible, that should be the fun part! Said this all last year but Nets K-Mart not having Lob Finisher or Posterizer at the minimum is embarrassing. That's how he played! And AK47 with only Scrapper??? Hire someone who cares about this stuff!

I mean they couldn't even bother putting a picture of Drexler in a Rockets uniform on his Amethyst Rockets card... It's just careless.

What's funny is the fact that there is a someone in 2K that actually believes that these are players that people are really clamoring for in this mode. Like these players are the first ones people think should exist in the game. Like really? Way to milk an already good thing by getting people's hopes up every week just to release trash. That Nets team, sure KMart was one of the popular players that year but can he really be serviceable in this mode where people like to put players out of position at the 4? KMart can certainly lock down any power forward at the 4 but LeBron and KD? They would run circles around him. Lately, Throwback Thursday has been featuring players that were more role players than anything. Really lame.

I started Myteam late last year, so pretty much all the good players we're available. Was it the same last year when did they start to release the good cards?

I'm not mad at these players. Athletic freak, dominant defender and bully in the low post.

I think the badges and tendencies are off tho. (KMart was a dunking beast! No badges ???)

Would be nice if there was a my team mode with an overall cap. That way specialists and lower level golds could get more run.

There were much fewer cards last yr. I didn't even use TMac last year. Historic players came a bit later too.

MJ,Nique, Scottie, Jason Kidd, Grant Hill, TMac, Vince, Shaq, Clyde, Penny, Steve Francis, Pistol Pete, throw back Melo and Dwight among others are already available 9 games into the season.

The players are fine IMO but once you get to the unrestricted seeds a lot of guys are useless

Player's are only fine as collection items. No one will use them on-line.

Challenges won't require them to be on a team, so why get excited about those players?

kenyon martin should be a absolute terror around the basket. offense and defense. They always mess up on role player cards. some role players are not bad players they just have one to three better players in front of them. why have potential on cards if it means nothing?

Smh you guys kill me, the players they released are fine, as someone else mentioned it's the tendencies and badges that are messed up.

It's a shame more people don't use some of these "lesser" know players and everyone just flocks to LBJ, KD, Curry, etc.

I get it, it's MyTeam but you guys act like they are gonna release 99 overall TBT Kobe every week.

2K definitely needs more accuracy and attention to detail in this mode though, IMO.

I use AK47, coming from the bench as the defensive sub of KD in my 4-1 offense

He is Great defender, can lock down almost anyone in the post, he has 78 standing 3, and 75 speed, so he is faster and better defender than any other stretch PF (Aldridge, Love,Melo maybe etc)

He has 1 badge scrapper and 3 empty slots.
U have upgraded corner specialist and defensiver crasher and he plays extremely good. There is only one empty slot which could be used either for post lockdown or for screen outlet. He could use 1 or 2 badges more but still he is a solid player.

My problem is not regarding TBT players. Is lack of players in general except from the current ones, driving the fact than non-current player are very expensive.
