I will buy this game on the Xbox One and PS4 if it is ever sold to these systems. I'm a believer.

Same. I don't do PC, but those are some nice screenshots.

I think it will be coming to consoles soon. I have it on the PC, and it is a great experience. Honestly haven't played as much lately as I am waiting for a career mode, but they keep building and adding.

There are so many great courses being created. Add to this the potential of all of the licensed courses PP has, there is potential for an amazing career mode. Really looking forward to seeing what can be done as we move forward.

It is coming to both the Xbox One and PS4. We are currently working on those versions right now.

I know probably can't comment with any finality on this but are there plans to have a career mode on the console version? I would love to support what you guys are doing but just can't bring myself to doing so without a career mode.

The PC version and the console version should be identical - so yes. Career mode may not be available at launch, but it will be there.

You'll get some great online options if the console versions are like the PC version, which ostensibly, they should be. I'm so frustrated with this game right now as it has almost everything I want EXCEPT for a real time thumbstick controller swing that uses a better quality golfer animation (coming) as the meter. It's going to be a killer game if they get that implemented properly, but that's a big IF.

So does PG allow to use a controller on the PC version? Thinking about playing the PC version in the meantime until the console versions come out.

How active is the online and what game modes can you play online?

Also, are there some re-created real world courses?

Pretty cool if they are going to blend created tracks with real tracks such as Bethseda.

Hopefully we'll see the console version pretty soon. At least a demo on the PS Store and Xbox Marketplace.

Gosh, so many golf games to play!

It does... sort of. it's not a real time swing for one thing, watch a meter (since the animation isn't realtime) and most of the stick movements are just digital triggers. You start the backswing and downswing with a stick pull, relax, then start the downswing with a stick push, relax, then push the stick forward again in the "snap" region, where the angle of the push will have some bearing on the shot's straightness.

It's a hybrid step along the way that's not reflective of what they're really going after with controller swings. I wouldn't buy the game if you're looking for a familiar, analog thumbstick controller experience in real time.

How active is the online and what game modes can you play online?
It's fairly active online, with usually anywhere from 30 to 80 people in games. You can do match, alternate shot, best ball, fourball, and I'm pretty sure skins, and of course... stroke. I may have missed a few, others can chime in.

Also, are there some re-created real world courses?
Yes, but they can't call them buy their real names... they're pretty good for the most part.

Hopefully we'll see the console version pretty soon. At least a demo on the PS Store and Xbox Marketplace.
My gut feeling is we'll be lucky to see a console version before the end of Spring, but I'm hoping for better.

                              Ah, OK, thanks JC/OnLooker.

Still may consider it. Graphics look really good and courses look good.

Be fun to see how PG plays on consoles.

$20 for Early Access. Not bad
