Our crew is pretty solid and we play between 11AM and 3PM ET from Mon-Fri. We play a pass first, teamwork style game. Our current squad is:

We are trying out the following:
SG with a defensive minded approach and a keen eye for running off ball screens and mid-range shot ability. Transition offense-type player who will run the court consistently off the rebound and also be prepared defensively for transition by resisting the urge to crash the boards.
PF with a defensive minded approach that can play the high post, set screens and can play the mid-range catch and shoot. This player needs to be able to create space for himself and also give space for the other players to operate.
C who can dominate in the paint. This player must be able to quickly identify the double team and pass out of it when it occurs. Must be a versatile player who can make cuts from baseline or foul line as well as have a few go-to post moves.
We are not looking for any stat-monsters. We want team players, not finger-pointers. Our crew has played consistently for over 300+ games in MyPark and have started a squad in MyPark that has gone (4-0) so far in ProAm with only 3 players.
