Max Drive HELP
 

Hey guys. I'm having trouble w/ my max drive. I just got and download two files ssx3 and nba live 2004, and they're not show up on the "my devices" screen. They show up on the computer, but when I try to delete them, download another file, or even format the max drive it says an error has occured. It also says the files and the drive are "write protected."
I need help, does anybody know what's going on?
