Recreating the 04-05 Phoenix Suns (MyGM)

I'm trying to recreate the 04-05 Suns team that had the 7 seconds or less offense.. Nash won MVP. Dantoni coach of the year. They went 62-20.. If you guys have any ideas for teams to start with or Players that could fit the system please feel free to share them

Dude the 05 Suns are already in the game. Only the bottom 5-6 players are missing. Spend 2-3 hours recreating them and you're set.

I may have misread his post and if I did I apologize, but I think the OP was saying that he wanted to recreate that type of team with players that are currently in the league.

My Suns team is very much like the 05-06 team to an extent. I traded Chandler, Len, PJ Tucker + 1st Rounder for Dwight Howard & Marcus Thornton.

My starting 5 is

Blesdoe
Knight
TJ Warren
Markieff Morris
Dwight Howard

Thornton sixth man.

All can hit threes other than D12, Howard's rebounding and defending leads to some real fastbreak points.

Gotta start from the PG and C spots imo..

Nash was one of a kind, he could drop 30 one game and 20 assists the next. The only guy close to him is CP3 I'd say, maybe Rondo but he's not even 1/4 of the shooter Nash was.

To replicate Amare I'd go with Anthony Davis..a guy who's really a pf but can play c as well, superior athlete, but a much better defender.

Most underrated player on that team? Shawn Marion, held it all together....
So I'd go with Draymond Green at the 4, they're very close in what they bring to their team.

Other than that, just fill in a bunch of shooters/scorers, lots of undersized players who are quick.

PG- Curry , Rubio
SG- Bradley Beal, Danny Green
SF-Tobias Harris , Gordan Hayward
PF-Draymond Green, Giannis, Harrison Barnes ,
Center - Derrick Favors , Blake Griffin

Rubio-Beal-Hayward-Giannis/Draymond-Favors is my favorite
