Need some assistance if available

I am starting a new CCM with 32 team control, and I will play all primetime games, as well as a randomly selected game on sundays for the early and late slots. I am wondering where I can find the following to help set this up.

1) Accurate list for coaching schemes. I have searched here and google to see if any list is compiled to no avail. it would make things much easier as opposed to hopping back and forth between menus

2) i know matching the coaching scheme priority to the player on the roster will help gameplay, but will it change anything when simming? I am wondering if I can just make these adjustments as I get to the teams first user game instead of spending hours in the beginning to get it together.

3) Any way to change autosubs all at once instead of coach by coach? It gets to be quite time consuming. also, I am considering changing some substitution settings per team. for instance, getting Hill and Bernard more even carries then say arian foster who will see the bulk, or the triplets of sproles, murray, matthews who should have around a 50/30/20 split. I doubt that is doable, but figured I would ask.

As far as defensive schemes go, I use this

However, there are players that do not fit the according scheme. Take for instance Atlanta Falcons run a 4-3 but Vic Beasley is really a 3-4 End. Sometimes you'll need to manually check the players you want by going to roster and clicking their profile. It will show their style of play.

#2 and 3 I don't know about.
