Manager Mode Rules
1. The manager starts as a 1 out of 5 star manager and is limited to bringing in additional GTN/Youth Scouts.
2. Manager can gain stars by completing season objectives (1 Star for Primary and 1/2 Star for Secondary)
3. The manager can't enter a preseason tournament unless the tournament star level matches his current star level as a manager.
4. The manager is not allowed to exceed the starting weekly wage budget in bringing in additional players into the club.
