Last year we split the conference for NP5 schools up and i do not think we should do that this year i think all NP5 schools should be rated together. The Sun Belt has been competing at a higher level so has the Mac.

What about the Independents? Because more than likely Notre Dame will have most of their players on the All Independent team which will sway their overall team rating? Should the Independents have a different scale?

I've been doing 91 for B1G 1st Team and 90 for 2nd and and feel it turned out pretty well. I think anything below 2nd team shouldn't be scaled because it would be too restrictive. That being said, I would usually give players ratings between 82-89 for HM (B1G doesn't have 3rd Team AC).
