Can anyone get into Rivet City ?
 

Every time I try to go to Rivet City the server encounters a problem. I just wanna buy a hat from there.

Hahahaha I haven't noticed a problem. Have a friend go to rivet and travel to him (make sure he's all the way in not loading).
