Yes. I did not change much of the MyLeague sliders because i haven't had much time to actually play the game and see what works best.

My recommendations:

Career Ending Injury Frequency: 55-60 (1-2 career ending injuries every 10 years)

CPU Injury Effect: 55-65 (Setting this setting at 75 and the potential at 50-55 makes it a more realistic experience with rookies showing flashes of greatness and injuries holding them back like Nerlens Noel and Jabari Parker. I would say Exum, but his game and numbers were never good enough to be put in that category)

Training effects: 60-75 (Makes it more realistic. You can put Ben Simmons potential at 99 and when he reaches it, his free throw will only grow from 68-75... Also adds a bit of coaching staff/training staff to your job. You actually get to see your players improve in the places you want them to)
Player Progression Rate: 40-45... 50 at the most!!! (Players usually start to hit the start of their stardom in their 4th year. Anthony Davis is a prime example. in that 4th year that is the end of their rookie contract and they go on to sign an extension. Only guys who prove to be key to an organization gets max contracts. You will notice 9/10 BEn Simmons is the only rookie to get a max contract in his 4th year if it happens to anyone. The likelihood of a player getting a max contract after their rookie contract is slim and all the guys who have, are the leagues reigning all-stars. After that 4th year they start their prime. If PPR is left at 50, there will be many 80+ overall rookies before they end their 4 year contract. I still have a high potential on most guys because setting the bar high and the progression rate low while boosting the injury effects will allow players to really go through the Derrick Rose, Shaun Livingston, Brandon Jennings effect of injuries affecting their performance and growth.)

All the other settings i left at 50 because i felt that they were either on par with real NBA basketball, or that my basketball IQ did not extend that far. I do not see how anyone could give an accurate opinion on Morale Difficulty and Contract Negotiation Difficulty... 2K needs individual player ratings or those things like (Money importance, staying at home/going back home, chasing a ring, chasing a starter/sixth man role etc...) I know they already have a few but again, they don't mean much anyway. These should be negotiable values that you can scout a player to determine their standings on each subject, ask the player what they are looking for and pick a few things about your organization that may fit his needs, and then based on his interest in the organization, you should then be able to offer him a contract. the lower his interest the better the contract you would have to offer him, but if he has a 99% interest then you should be able to give him reduced money to help build a championship team surrounded around that player.
