These rosters are not complete. See a later post on why.

These rosters include: Scholarship players through Loyola (MD). Along with other stuff. Have fun with them. I spent over 200 hours getting to the point that I did (and that's not a slight exaggeration, teams can take upwards of an hour to two getting everything correct, I've done about 180 teams.) I'm sorry I cannot edit any more and will be looking into starting at scratch for next season (meaning going to generic rosters). Anyway the file is at the bottom of this post. Any issues arise w/ DL let me know, I'm not very good at the computer stuff.

Starting next years rosters on May 1 (maybe sooner). Will start w/ coaching changes and transfers first. Will make an excel sheet for coaches of record in game / record in real life and their age. Hopefully whoever knows how to hex edits can help a brotha out and do that for me. Once I get the transfers and coaches done, I will come up with some type of overall system and may seek help, I also may get anal about it and not ask for any help just so I can do it my way and at my own post

Did you see my coaches txt file? It would probably help you or whoever is willing to do the coaches out, if you kinda do it in that format, but it would be 1000x cleaner in excel, lol. I took your roster and added the hex edits to them, if you remember. That was the major/power conference coaches, so that's a great base to start off with.

As for the other coaches, it would be beneficial if you wrote down all of the w/l's of the coaches in-game, then convert them to hex in a calculator (have to use programmer mode on windows calculator). That's how you can search and find them while you're using a hex editor. Also, put the coaches you're who your replacing/updating records for and convert those into hex, then you just copy and paste them.

Usb Format Instructions:

1. Download and Install Horizon https://www.wemod.com/horizon
2. Make Sure You Have A Xbox360 Formatted USB Stick (To do this, plug in a USB stick to Xbox, go to "Settings" then "Storage" you should be able to select USB stick and have the option to "Format") w/ Your Gamer Profile Copied To It.
****To Copy Gamertag to USB Go To Settings On Xbox Console, Then Storage, Select Whichever Storage Unit Contains Your Profile, Select Your Profile And "Move" It To USB Stick

3. Open "Horizon" and Insert USB Stick

4.In "Horizon" Select The "Tools" Tab. Then "Package Manager"


5. Open My Roster File That You Downloaded (extract from.zip file). Next, in The Bottom Left Corner Make Sure Your Gamer Tag Is Loaded, If Not Load It.



6. Select "Save,Rehash,Resign" Button. Then "Save To Device Button".


7. Start CH2k8 and Load The Roster

What these rosters DO include:
1. Correct SCHOLARSHIP players on EVERY roster (or at least 98% correct)
2. Correct Head Coach (Age/Race w/ few exceptions so that a certain coach won't reach 1500 wins, retire too soon -- if there is a way to edit records, please let me know/do it and post.) and 2 assistants for every team(Race is correct, could not edit age)
3. Updated Tendencies so stats should resemble real life stats. (this will be very hard for smaller conferences, but I will provide an after Christmas set which will have better stats.)
4. Semi-decent Team overalls. Team overalls make no sense to me, but I'll try my best to make them as real as possible
5. Redshirts - medical, normal and transfer - SHOULD be included. Some guys have not decided where to transfer so they may not be in game.

These rosters do NOT include:
1. Updated rotations (I just had the CPU manually fix them, so they'll be a tad off). May add in after XMas file, we shall see. Really depends on how much time will be invested.
2. Other stuff I cannot think about right now.

Omg thank you so much for doing this. I went out bought ncaa 10 bc someone is doing about the top 100 teams and the only thing I enjoy about it is the ESPN and CBS broadcast. You sir are a lifesaver

Thank the lord lol. I just grinded out like 20 teams the past week just so I had something to hold me down this year cause I thought you weren't coming back. Love your work, can't wait till release!

Exactly what I'm doing right now.

Note: I have had a busier than expected few weeks, but my last day is December 8. From December 8 until I finish, I'll probably be editing rosters 8+ hours a day until I finish. My goal is to get at least 1-2 more conferences done before then. Just have 4 projects and presentations that I need to finish so there's that. Any donations please hold until I finish. My goal is to have these sons of b**ches done before I move Jan first week and hopefully before Christmas day

The base was with the hex edited rosters from last year, I'm not going to update the coaches this year. But I will update the conferences and provide them along with the default conferences when it's released.

For the coaches, I just updated all the records and championships for the major and power conferences.

The conferences have been renamed and conference sizes edited based on this guide: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

Did you find recruiting to be off with conferences re-aligned? I know a few years ago some people were saying if you messed with conferences teams wouldn't recruit the players they needed.
