Some of the moves are spot on. Sergio Pettis just landed a headkick, yet his opponent was not knocked out. When the game is played realisticly, you can have some very good fights. More so than any other game.

yep managing stamina seems to land more powerful shots and not take so much damage.

Yair Rodriguez was spamming the spinning kicks like crazy.

some moves look great in UFC 2 and some just look so off.

If it was me and would scrap a lot of the kicks from UFC 1 n 2 and just make a few main kicks for UFC 3 and not go overboard on flashy stuff. There's just no need for it and sad part is the game will probaly be better for it. if that makes sense.

I agree. I don't have a major problem with the flashy stuff except that it is so easy to land. The lowest percentage moves in real life are the highest percentage in the game. They are also low risk in the game. If you whiff a big spinning move you should be open to a deadly counter but since normal strikes have a range of like 1 foot and spins have a range of half the cage they are nearly impossible to counter off of

One thing I took from the fights was that leg kicks should have a longer lasting effect. In real life fighters can really change the course of a fight with one or two really good leg kicks. In the game it takes a lot to really see any effect and when you finally do it only last for a few seconds. Hopefully, they give leg and body shots a slight boost in the future. I don't want them as strong as the beta, but there has to be a happy medium in there somewhere.
