    Baserunning Quick Q...

    In any of the baserunning modes, is there a quick and easy way to advance the lead baserunner only-WITHOUT having to use 2 buttons?!

    A one-button/one-stick-only operation would be so much easier; I always struggle with having to push the stick AND an icon, resulting in rally-killing innings .

    I don't know if you'd consider it easier, but you can use the left stick pointed to whichever base and the L1 button to just make the one runner lead off. I use it with runners in 1st and 3rd to just have the runner on 3rd lead off.

      Thank you. I should have clarified; I meant after the ball is in play. Previous games, all I had to do was press the L2 (XBOX) and only the lead runner goes.

      I guess I need to work on my finger coordination!

        If you're using assisted baserunning, you can highlight the runner you want to advance with the L-Stick and then press the base you want him to go to:

        Circle = 1st Base
        Triangle = 2nd Base
        Square = 3rd Base
        X = Home

        Hope this helps.
        I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

        I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(
