Mr. McMahon: "Hello ladies and gentlemen, we are here after a dare I say... stale Wrestlemania. It has come to my attention that perhaps we have not been doing what is best for business. The excitement has left your eyes at seeing your favorite superstars. I believe it is because you have become spoiled, spoiled by seeing them two or three times a week for the last few years. Well it's time to rip the band aide off children, a brand split is taking place. The roster will be divided, championships will be divided, Raw and Smackdown will be divided!

You may be asking when will this be Mr. McMahon? I'll tell you, right now! Here on the WWE Network. Raw and Smackdown will participate in a 32 round draft, that's right 32 rounds! Those who go undrafted will be sent to NXT where they will undergo the tutelage of my son-in-law Triple H and hope to make it to the Main Roster when we do call ups and send downs.

Call ups and send downs will occur after 4 of our major pay-per-views! Money in the Bank, Summerslam, Survivor Series, and the Royal Rumble. After Wrestlemania there will be a 10 round draft in which the roster will be shaken up as Raw and Smackdown undergo random draft picks.

Finally, let me address titles, titles will be used as draft picks. All titles are currently vacant and split into sub categories. A World Title, a Secondary Title, a Tag Team Title, and a Women's Title. If a GM uses his draft pick on a specific title the other title in that category will automatically be relegated to the other show.
