The College Football season is right around the corner and we're here to follow the careers of a few very special recruits.

Ed Thomas, (Pittsburgh, PA) the #1 quarterback recruit in the country, and the 5th overall prospect will have his choice of any of the finest schools in the country!

LeBrock James, (Wilmington, NC) the #1 free safety prospect in the nation, and the 11th overall recruit in the nation, is in a similar situation as Thomas.

Finally we have JK Shadows, (Bangor, Maine) Shadows, the #210 wide reciever in this class and the 1415th overall recruit. Who will have his pick of smaller schools, closer to home.

Quartback Ed Thomas narrowed his choices to 8 going into the first week of the season. It's a tight race between 1 and 8, so don't be surprised to see these rankings change quite often.

Free Safety LeBrock James has unnoficially released his top 7 schools. He says not to be surprised if a mystery school comes along at some point throughout the season.

Wide Receiver JK Shadows has quietly released the top 4 schools going into week 1 of the College Football Season. The quiet recruit from Maine was considering playing at the FCS level for the Maine Black Bears if he isn't able to secure a scholarship offer.

QB Ed Thomas Makes His Decision

Quarterback Ed Thomas from Central Catholic High School (Pittsburgh, PA) has announced which school he will be committing to!

In the end it came down to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Florida Gators.

In the end it ultimately came down to which school Thomas felt would get him ready for the Pros. The decision was made with his mother by his side, as he Live-Tweeted his decision.

QB Ed Thomas has committed to play for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Head Coach Brian Kelly!

LeBrock James Makes His Commitment

The top Free Safety recruit in the country has made it official. In a text to ESPN's Adam Rittenburg, James kept it short and sweet when he said "Go Noles!"



James will head to Tallahassee from New Hanover High School (Wilmington, North Carolina) to join Head Coach Jimbo Fisher and the rest of the Florida State Seminoles.

In response to Rittenburg, asking why he chose FSU over Arizona State and UAB he said "It was a tough decision, but I felt like Coach Fisher and the staff there would give me the best chance to show what I can do, and ultimately win that Natty!"
