Madden 17 draft picks?

Any word on if they will finally have the correct draft picks for teams on the 1st year of a franchise? As a Browns fan it's a real kick in the balls to have the team trade down in real life every year to get future picks but I never get those picks in madden. It's a double whammy since the teams that trade get that high pick rookie (Julio Jones) and get to keep the picks they traded and get even better lol.

Pretty sure they had this last year and maybe even the year prior. A friend of mine was the Rams and had an extra pick.

every team starts with all picks round 1-7 if im not mistaken

I asked this back in June and multiple people said that the picks were updated - need to confirm with @EA_White

You're mistaken. Since Connected Franchise has existed (M13) Tiburon has included outstanding real-life draft pick trades in the game. This most ********* affected the St. Louis Rams and the Washington Redskins falling out from the Robert Griffin III trade.

This isn't to say that Tiburon hasn't ever missed a trade - I think they have missed a couple involving late-round picks - but they have a good track record of getting the major ones in the game. You should expect to see, for example, the Tennessee Titans have some of the Los Angeles Rams' draft picks at the start of any new Franchise, in addition to the Cleveland Browns holding the Philadelphia Eagles' 2017 first-round pick and 2018 second-round pick.

its cool they have the realistic draft picks for each team (im assuming they will as they have years past) but i wish there is an option to turn off realistic draft picks. as someone who likes to do fantasy draft I prefer the picks to be reset. did they have that option in past games?
