10YF Quarter Length
 

As you all agreed to the Quarter Length being 15 minutes with 15 second accelerated clock, we'd like to propose another option that shortens the game a bit. The other commissioners and myself have been giving 13 minute quarters w/ 15 minute runoff a shot the past month or so and it still gets us in that 110-130 play range. So we'd like to open up voting to see what you guys would like to do.

I'm voting for 13 minutes. I'd prefer games not be much more than an hour if possible.

At 13/15, expect games to be around the 1:15 mark.
