Opponents stats seemingly lower than fight indicated

So, I've fought a few players where something shady seems to be going on..

I've seen players with fast powerful punches that would indicate an 80+ stand-up game only to after the fight see their stand up is 59.

Just now a fought a guy who transitioned as fast as I did, if not faster even at low stamina. I couldn't block him and he occasionally blocked me. It didn't bother me until I realised his ground game was only 59. Significantly lower than my BJJ fighter.

Am I seeing things or is anyone experiencing something similar?

Some people have only punches in their stand up, sacrificing kicks. They have 100 in power and fast punching, and covering up, but has not kicks.

Also, some people don't have ground and pound and submissions in his ground game but they have 100 in top control, defense and in their back.

Fought a guy the other day that was like 74 ovr, but had maxed out punch speed + dmg(R&L), maxed out clinch grapple, and maxed out Top Control & Off the back.

All his other stats were trash.

Well we call it lag, or input delay, or bad latency. It doesn't matter how good the stats of your opponent are, if the server responds way later on your side it will be nearly impossible to block his transitions. I played with maxed out stand up and we're outpaced sometimes by people with half of my punching speed. It's pathetic.
