For now I have all penalties set at 0 or Off. It makes the gameplay much better. I will start working on adjusting them up to see if I can find a happy medium. For now it's either have penalties called or have none called and get a better game.

So far great results. Hopefully today i can start to tweak penalty sliders.

Updated this after 3 months because im getting good results with these sliders. I believe these few adjustments can help save the game for some people.
