Slight nitpick but I wish they had the Coaches wearing USA gear instead of suits like they're coaching College or an NBA team.

This 8 minutes > The entire 50 minute video this morning.

The deflections look great, so does the movement...

I wonder why players werent doing their FT routines though...maybe its off in tutorial mode?

Yeah good point on the FT routines. It looked like the game was still installing so maybe those packages weren't quite in yet.

not gonna lie. that pass in to Carmelo when he had an easy layup has me worried. thats the second pass like that from as many videos that i've seen. it stops the offensive player just short of the rim instead of leading him to the rim. and Carmelo even fumbled the wide open layup pass in this video.

Well, this is the game availability during initial installation, so the setting is default difficulty. So that's probably Pro, and not even Pro Sim.

I wouldn't worry yet.

2K17 seems to be recapturing the spirit of 2K14 LG...which is a good thing...

I'm noticing a lot of freedom to move and I honestly havent seen a elaborately canned situation yet...

the one on Klay was nice as well. seems like they've gotten the foul/drive thing under control this year so far.

Just the ability to drive or try to make a move without getting suction roadblocked by a defender will make the game so much more dynamic and realistic.

The ability for the defense to maintain and influence the ball handler with contact makes up, from a game balance perspective, for the enhanced ability to gain access to the paint while handling the ball.
