first things first, if you are going to try these, I recommend you go over to josh's slider page and follow the instructions for setting up the coaching schemes for all the teams, it is essential. you can find his set here: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...7-sliders.html
next, you need to delete your profile (courtesy of josh again) after you skip pass the rams return, chose all pro as your difficulty.

INPUT THE FOLLOWING SLIDERS IN MAIN MENU
Injuries: 1
Fatigue: 1
Player Speed Parity Scale: 50
Coach Mode: Off
Defensive Holding: 5
Defensive Pass interference: 95
Facemask: 55
Intentional Grounding: OFF
NOW GO TO FRANCHISE
after you change difficulty down to all pro, go to sliders and press triangle to bring in the main menu sliders and settings.
Raise Injury back to 50
Raise Fatigue to 80 (seeing great rotations)
Lower illegal block in the back to 49
Lower Facemask to 50
Turn Intentional grounding to ON
Next, Make sure you change the auto subs for your team to 60/80 (from guess who, josh)
now you must properly save your profile in franchise to get it to play right so, you need to load up your next game, wait until you get to the kick off screen and immediately exit out of the game. it will return you to your franchise where you will again click on your next game, go to the control select screen, on the bottom right hand corner you will see where it says it is saving the profile. once it is done, back all the way out to the main menu.
now you can go into your franchise and play your games..enjoy!!
