No OS Fanduel League this year?

I was looking forward to this, but haven't seen any posts. Did Fanduel change something not allowing those kinds of leagues or did Steve just decide not to do it?

Unfortunately no. We didn't have the participation they were looking for in the later months of the season. It's possible it makes a return next season.

It's a shame that the fantasy game that was hosted on this site one year never made a return. That was one of the best things OS ever did.

bummer I'll miss it. I think one of the problems was that the post was hard to find. I remember I had to scroll to find it down on the page or on the previous page. Maybe next time make it more prominent on the site.

It was stickied both in the main NFL forum and here, the fantasy forum. The 1st year also had great participation. I think the issues around DFS last year played a part, and some (seemingly) random people jumping in and taking the top spots mid-season.

The auction one? That was amazing. I jumped on every Monday morning to mess with it and see who I could get cheap or sell.

Can't do FanDuel in Texas anyway =/
