    Week 1: New York Giants(0-0) @ Dallas Cowboys(0-0)

A big divisional matchup week 1. With no Romo will the rookie Cowboys Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott shine over Eli Manning, OBJ and the returning Victor Cruz?

I think this game starts out very slow and the Giants scoring late to win it. I think Giants offense will do just enough to get past the young guns of the Cowboys.

Cowboys by 50, on the strength of the arm of the Greatest Human Being: Rayne Dakota Prescott.

Seriously though, I'm more concerned about our ability to rush the passer than our passing offense, what with no Tank Lawrence, Randy Gregory, Rolando McClain, or whoever else on our defensive front toked up this week.

Just heard the Giants are 0-8 against the Cowboys in season openers.

The Cowboys will use their stable of RBs to help Dak get his feet wet and then they'll open up the offense a bit. I see them trying to use as much clock as they can offensively to keep that porous defense off the field.

The Giants will find some way to lose. Defensive line isn't about to be bullied by Dallas' line. But the Giants offense, no matter how trash Dallas is, always struggles against them.

Prediction: I'm gonna hate Jenoris Jenkins.

Like the first robin of the year signifies the start of spring, kingkilla's crotchety-old-man Giants takes signify the start of fall.

Giants should win, but won't. This is a dangerous 8-8 team right here.

Rookie qb + zero pass rush = easy Giants win.

These games are always wild. Giants in general over the years haven't inspired confidence but with a new coach and some fun new pieces, who knows I'm actually kinda up on them. They should win against these rookies and the Dallas defense, but the East is just nuts.

Flip a coin. I wanna see Elliot run so bad.

                      Looking forward to this one.

I'm drinking the Dak Kool-Aid right now and believe he'll be a serviceable starter until Romo returns. Zeke and the O-line will take some pressure off of him, but I believe he'll make plays as well. I like our secondary and believe they'll be able to generate a coverage sack here and there.

So i'm gonna feel dirty for saying this but i'm actually cheering for the Cowboys big time. I like Dak Prescott from what i've seen and I have a soft spot for Zeke Elliott. He seems like a pretty good kid though he really has a high opinion of what he can do on the field. He needs to slow down his roll a little but I want to see him do great too.

I think this is going to be a very high scoring game... But the Giants will do something at the end to lose it

So it looks like Dak Prescott's only incompletions are going to come from blatant drops.

I was hoping for that. Dan Bailey needs to fulfill his fantasy duties to the Gridiron Seahorses.
