Madden 17 Position Change Requests
Hey folks, post all of your position change request below. Some positions will not need approval. You may switch an LB to any LB spot without approval. As far as OL goes, you will not be required to post if you are moving guys along the OL. So for example, LT to RT or LT to LG.
Now for the requirements and approval portion...
***These will be approved on a case by case basis***
- You may not move a CB to FS or SS without approval. When approving these moves we will look at a number of things. We will not be approving Corners to Safety unless they meet a specific weight limit (200+ lbs), tackling rating (70+), and pursuit (70+).
- You may not move a DE to DT without approval. When approving DE to DT, we look at a few key physical attributes. The DE must be at least 290 Pounds and 80+ Strength to be considered.
- You may not move LB to DE without approval. When approving LB to DE, the LB must be at least 260 pounds. In addition to this, he must also have a minimum of 70 strength.
- You may not move a TE to FB without approval. The TE must be 240+ and have at least 70 run blocking to be considered for the switch. FB to TE shouldn't be as big of an issue, but it still needs to be posted at least.
- You may not move a WR to TE without approval. These types of position changes should very rarely happen, but in the event they do or attempt to be done, the WR must be at least 240 pounds, at least 6'4, have a decent str rating (65+) and also be a decent blocker (70+). There will also be no lightening fast freak WRs moving to TE, so don't waste your time or ours.
- You may not move a WR to HB without approval. You truly don't see this happening much, but if it does happen, there will be a few physical attributes that we cap off and certain ratings the WR must possess. First of all, there will be no 6'5 or 6'6 HBs. Imo a HB should be around 6'1 or under. The WR must possess HB qualities and skills (bcv,elus,carry,truck,etc) and not be a dominant pass catching WR. These will be approved on a stricter scale.
So long story short..
- DTs should be 290+ with 80+ Str
- Safeties should be 200+ with 70+ Tackle and Pursuit
- FBs and TEs should be 240+ with FBs requiring 70+ run blocking minimum and TEs being at least 6'4 (Read above for more key info on these)
- HBs should be 6'1 or under and possess good "HB" Skills. They also must not be an excellent pass catching WR moving to HB.
- DEs should be atleast 260+ with 70+ Str
- LBs should be 240+ lbs
Sooooo with that being said, post your requests below! Just keep in mind what we are looking for. If your guy doesn't at least meet the requirements above, then don't submit it because the chances of it being approved are slim to none. Also keep in mind that these are guidelines listed above and not every player may be approved just because he meets certain things. As I said, each request will be handled on a case by case basis.
