Week 1: Los Angeles Rams (0-0) at San Francisco 49ers (0-0)
It's the Rams. It's the 49ers. It won't start until after 10:30 p.m. Eastern on Monday night, so I doubt many will actually watch. I'm excited though just to have the LA-SF rivalry back. It just wasn't the same with them in St. Louis.Tags: None -

I can see us following last year's path: Have a great showing on MNF to start the season and then go into the dumpster after that. I think our defense has a chance to be pretty solid, but that offense ...
The Rams are my NFC sleeper team. If they get anything out of the QB position, they could surprise some people with that defense/running game.Comment

I would personally never place my chances in a survivor pool on Jeff Fisher winning against a bad division opponent on the road.Comment

That's exactly how I see the season playing out for the Niners.I can see us following last year's path: Have a great showing on MNF to start the season and then go into the dumpster after that. I think our defense has a chance to be pretty solid, but that offense ...

I've got the Rams in survivor for now too. You aren't alone. I may switch to Seattle last minute to be safe, but I'd rather save them for week 3.Comment

Re: Week 1: Los Angeles Rams (0-0) at San Francisco 49ers (0-0)
I have a big rule against picking road division teams, especially week 1. The Niners could certainly be bad enough to get blown out in this game, I just don't trust it yet. East coast team coming over to Seattle is just too good to pass up for me compared with the other options. Now watch the Rams win and Seattle get upset...Comment

Re: Week 1: Los Angeles Rams (0-0) at San Francisco 49ers (0-0)
Worth noting that the Niners beat the Vikings in week one last year, then those teams proceeded in polar opposite directions from that result.
I hate myself for thinking the Niners are going to win because I detest the Yorks and the idea of Blaine Gabbert as an NFL starting quarterback in 2016 is offensive to me on a personal level, but here I am thinking exactly that.Comment

The Rams have a handful of top tier players, but most of the roster is mediocre or young. Not seeing many wins for us this year, and maybe none on the road.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment
