The President of Hoops is basically saying you run things on the court. Also, i find it funny when my guy says "Hi im prez and I support this steal"

If they didn't have the story revolve around his nickname, I think they should have had the actors record like 20 or more different nicknames. It wouldn't be that much more work. Kinda like how the announcers record all the last names they say in the game.

Yeah, I like it too. Like others have said it's not as bad as Freq. I named my character Alberto Perez (which the announcers say) to make it flow a little. But I think it's cool. Enjoying it so far.

Yeah, and if you use a name that they have audio for then why cant the announcer call you buy that name. I used my last name, which is Somers, but since its not in the data base I just went with Summers thinking they would use it, but it dont, so I might as well change it back to how its really spelled.

Prez is definitely better than Freq imo. Didnt play MyPlayer last yr so never had to deal with it. And once the game comes out I doubt I take MyPlayer any farther anyway, so it doesnt really bother me what they call it. What does bother me is all the stupid nicknames they have for CAP's, ruins it some for real draft classes in MyLeague/GM.

Who the hell is up at 2k coming up with "the president of baksetball?" That's like something some kindergartener would come up with and think it's hot

Orange juice is okay. "Prez" is just lame

Also regardless of nickname, if our name is in the audio files, the announcers should call us that name, period.

I enjoy it a lot. I didn't like Freq cuz it was a nickname for a nickname which I thought was really weird

the name is cool, its the cheesy forced backstory and cutscenes that make me cringe
