Is anyone else having issue preordering on PS4? It gave me an error message. Then said my account wasn't qualified to download. However I did get the purchase email. When I go back to the page on PSN it says unavailable for purchase instead of pre-ordered.

I didn't get an error message, but I did see on the page after I purchased the game that suddenly "It was unavailable for purchase". I thought it might just start downloading itself. But it didn't. However as others have said here, I went to my Library and found it there and started the download manually. Only problem is I only started the download a few hours ago upon getting home from work. I should have looked at my Library last night or this morning to start the download then. It won't be ready to play in a little over an hour from now. I will need to wait until tomorrow when I get home from work to try it out. Oh well. I wasn't supposed to buy the game this year. I was going to pass on it. But when I saw they had the North American World Cup team in the game. I caved in and ordered it late last night.

I didn't get my pre-order theme. It's not in my library either. I hope I don't get cheated out of my eashl stuff or the hut packs.Comment

Although when I booted NHL up I had 10 Gold Packs waiting to be opened so maybe theyre there automatically? lol not sure how I got those packs, but had some awesome pulls!Go Lions, Wings and Wolverines!Comment
