Anyone else get their preorder NBA theme? My download failed and I cannot find it to download..

There's something wrong with it. Since it's not available to purchase you have to use your browser and go to the PlayStation store to even see it in your purchase history. Even then when I try that it still won't download.

I pre ordered the regular version of the game for PS4 , which was supposed to include a theme at time of purchase, I seen it on the download list but couldn't select it. Also it's supposed to include 75k VC. Now I know I won't get the VC till the game finishes downloading.... Which it's been doing since 9 last night.... I have 35mbs DL Check out my Ookla Speedtest result. What's your speed? http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/2216000203 I reconfigured the connection and now it's flying.... Actually just finished.... Hopefully I get the 75k VC and the theme... Ill keep everyone updated.

I put in my NBA 2K17 Early Tip-Off Bonus Pack code and it redeemed, but it didn't download anything.

Am I missing something here?

It's on my Purchase history, but I can't download it there either. Can't even see it on my download list and it's not in the download queue. Will it unlock when I fire up the game?

I had to leave for work so I wasn't able to actually finish the patch download and start the game up before I left.

I contacted PS Support when this happened and they said they have been having this problem with all preorder themes, not just 2K17. They are currently working to resolve the issue but who knows when that will be.

Just downloaded the and it said theme included so I clicked on download all but it immediately said theme not available but the full game finished downloading in like 1hour....the question I have is why does the game lead you to 2KU with the Olympic team and still isn't finished downloading its been like 2 hours already and its only at 68% finished and all I can do is play the same game over and over and over,ect. This is so damn frustrating !!!!!
