Can you escape Justice Young? Or is he a creepy serial murder/stalker for life?

I couldn't find anything about it, but if you trade yourself away without Justice, does the game story break?

This dude traded himself, but keeps getting Justice Young cutscenes:

Is he experiencing a bug or will this happen to me if I trade myself away from Justice Young? He won't stop texting, keeps showing up uninvited to my home, and insists I be the Orange to his juice, I want out!

Can I escape Apollo Creep or will he follow me?

He doesn't follow you to the team you went to but in the cutscenes he does.

For example, Justice and I were with the Suns, then about 20 games in I ask for a trade to the Twolves without Justice. They accept me and I'm playing for them now. In the next cutscene, it shows me and Justice talking and even though Justice is still with the Suns, it showed him in a Twolves jersey. Was really bad.

Not only that but in the cutscene my player said "we take on Minnesota next so we gotta be on our game..."

But....I'm on Minnesota. How can I play against my own team????!!!! This just made me want to stop playing My Career.

The mode is definitely not prepared for people to split from Justice. It breaks the story badly.

He doesn't follow you to the team you went to but in the cutscenes he does.

Damn man, that is pretty bad... they didn't account for this or they just didn't give a sh*t? I wonder.

I'm guessing the fix will be that you just have to go with Justice Young, no matter what. At the very least, they could let us skip the cut scenes.

I mean, the story is fine if you get traded WITH Justice, but the problem is when you split away from him.

i was wondering this as well. after i saw his stats grows with yours i wanted to recreate 2k14 epic matchups between you and Jackson ellis.

Someone needs to take one for the team and sim a mycareer into year 5 and see if justice follows you in free agency

The one thing I hate it is they always make some beta underling side-kick player who you are with/against. It'd be fun if you could get on a team with a real mentor, like someone you have to prove yourself to... someone who is like get away from me rook. Like old Kareem when Magic came to the Lakers.

It'd be nice to have different story lines with different players. I mean, yea you're in the NBA, but the whole u da man story line is kinda cheesy. They got the 2nd round guy and the undrafted scrub who are both like Pres we jelly of ur skillz.

It's funny cuz it seems like they got rid of all of the NBA voices from before... they were just like well if we add in two characters, we can plug them into any team and we don't need to have any more Demarcus Cousins pep talks.
