MyCareer Gym Earned Attributes

So now that these attributes are being earned and saved post patch, I thought it would be a good idea to create a thread where people say which drills give level ups for which attributes.

So far I've had:

+1 Shot IQ after 1 on 1 with Justice
+1 Stamina after Running Sprints

I didn't pay any attention to these because I knew they weren't being saved, but now I guess we gotta do em!

Most of them is. I don't believe a FT bonus can be earned any other way besides the FT line.

Stamina and draw foul through team practices or drills I believe. Might include intangibles. Also hands.

so these can only be earned through Team practice not normal?

I've not had many skills upgrade outside of team practice so this may be the case

Skip the team activities, then go do all the drills such as sprint, all the gym workouts machines and hand-eye coordination.

You're guarenteed +1 reaction from the hand-eye coordination if you pass with a gold.

The rest is rng but you're guaranteed a bonus stat upgrade whether you pass or fail a drill in one of the gym activities or sprint.

and you can get multiple increases in a single team session?

sometimes I get +1 Stamina on the vertical, and +1 on free throw, and then no matter what else I do I get no stat increases, just wasting my time.

Free throw is also guaranteed like the hand eye, but you either get stamina or hustle from the RNG from one of the machine. Thats all you get from one practice.

as of yesterday I noticed that I get


+1 free throw after free throw practice


+1 stamina after bench-press


+1 IQ randomly


for me I got all these at team practices

these earned attributes dont apply to your player online fyi
my player is 75% ft shooter in Mycareer, but 65% at pro-am still
