Can CFM members who arent the Commish edit ratings?
 

I ask because i see players edited under "transactions," but nothing is said about what they're editing.

I believe non commissioners can still edit player positions and numbers.

Non commissioners can edit everything except ratings, contracts, and specialties (like development)
