Auto Subs and WR Targetting

So, I have two questions:
1. Is auto subs broken now? Has anyone been able to achieve good RB rotation? Before the patch, it sort of worked, but since, it's noticeably worse. I can't play franchise much because of it, and it's one of the issues I've been trying to fix most.

2. How can WR targetting be improved? Sometimes, it seems like the AI targets the TEs too often instead of its primary receiver.

Do you use 60 fatigue both in the main menu and within CFM?

Autosubs are STILL broken in CFM. The in/out values you set are extremely limited in their effectiveness. Setting the in value too high will still result in disappearing players depending on fatigue/quarter length.

Fatigue is the main driver you must use to get rotation.

Keep in mind raising fatigue will drive more injuries, more fumbles, more WR drops, and a generally easier run game. You may need to readjust these settings as you raise the fatigue.
