RB sub from fatigue?

So I play 6 minute quarters with no accelerated clock. What setting do you guys put so when the #1 RB is red he's auto subbed for the #2.

I started a browns cfm. And want duke to get some carries.

This Autosub setup works pretty well for HBs :
In 80 / Out 75

If 2nd stringer is playing too much for your taste with 80/75 go for :
In 75 / Out 70
